Times

FRI:  Coach and Coxwains meeting 6pm

SAT:     Trailer loading at OAR boathouse is Saturday 9:00-11:30 am.

SUN: Team travel: meet at the lower lot at 6:15 am.

Flight 1 rowers: be at the park on by 7:00am.

Flight 2 and 3 rowers: be at the park by 8:00 am.

Flight 1 - 9:00

Flight 2 - 11:15

Flight 3 - 1:30

Trailer loading immediately following races. All athletes should remain until loading is complete and released by the head coach. 

Rowers should be prepared to unload the trailer once back at OAR boathouse. Time will be shared at event, estimated 4-5pm.

Athletes

Make sure to bring the following:

• racing uni

• extra clothes (Arrive dressed to race and wearing layers over top of your uni)

• sunscreen

• sunglasses

• warm hat

• hat with visor

• watch

• your wrench 

• Food, snacks and drinks- volunteers will bring snack and baked goods but rowers are responsible for meals

Additional Information

Parking

The parking lot will be used for trailer parking only so prepare to find your best parking spot at Tillicum Elementary School or along the streets in the neighborhood. Make sure not to block any driveways.
