At OAR, our coaching staff fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. We are a team of passionate and experienced coaches with diverse backgrounds, dedicated to developing athletes of all levels, from beginners to competitive rowers.

Our approach emphasizes safety, teamwork, discipline, and individualized support, ensuring that each rower reaches their full potential both on and off the water. We believe in leading by example, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, and continually refining our coaching techniques to stay at the forefront of the sport.
