Wednesday June 10th
Practice day at the course
The practice schedule follows the time trial schedule, which puts the 2- going out for their practice row at 7:55am (getting to the course around 6am to rig and get equipment ready)
U17 2x practices at 2:15
Men’s U17 4x practices at 3:15
Women’s U174x practices at 3:25
Will put together logistics that make the most sense for this. Likely taking the 2- to rig and row early, then making another trip to get the other athletes to the course to rig and row after lunch.

Food
Dinners will be pre-ordered before we leave for Sarasota and athletes will eat at the hotel each night, except for our first night in Sarasota (Tuesday, June 9th).
Families should send money with their athletes to purchase breakfasts and lunches as we go. There are multiple options near the course, typically we end up going to Whole Foods for lunch. Located next to Whole Foods is a Cava (think Chipotle but Greek food) and a Wawa which has sandwiches and other quick orderable options.
Dinners are all ordered from Fresh Kitchen which is also nearby the course.

If your athlete has any strict dietary restrictions or allergies please let Coach Victoria know so that accommodations can be made when ordering food.

Comfy/casual clothes for off days (Coach Victoria will try to take athletes to the movies or out for ice cream if we have off days/off times between racing)

White long sleeve/short sleeve shirt for under Uni’s

Usually Coach Victoria has athletes share one large checked bag (a MASSIVE one that works well for big groups). Athletes can plan to check larger sunscreen bottles, toiletries, and tools in this bag. Any other overflow items they need can also likely be accommodated.
