Concept 2 Training

Members of the OAR community augment their rowing with off-the-water training. The Concept 2 Rowing Machine ("the erg") is a favorite training tool. Concept 2 (http://www.concept2.com) has an on-line log for the indoor rowing community which extends the world over...

If you are interested in logging your erg workouts, go to the Concept2 Personal Logbook page and register as a user.

Concept2's annual Fall Challenge runs from September 15th through October 15th. To join in the fun visit the challenge info page.

Affiliate with Olympia Area Rowing
If you would like to affiliate your erg meters with Olympia Area Rowing (and you don't see your name listed above), you need to select the club on the the Concept2 Edit Profile page.

First go to the Log Profile page (http://www.concept2.com/sranking03/log_profile.asp) . Make sure that you are logged in and then click the link for "Edit Profile". On the Edit Profile page, look for the the affiliation section on the lower half of the page, and select your club:

After you make the selection, don't forget to click the Update Profile button at the very bottom of the page.
