OAR Masters Practices
Masters Rowing 2013 Spring and Summer Season
The masters (adult) rowing program encompasses all skill levels from beginners to competitive athletes. Programs include novice training clinics and practice schedules oriented to recreational rowing and competition. "Masters" refers to athletes ages 27 and older.
A coaching fee is required for participating in coached practices. Coaching fees are due at the start of each of two seasons: spring (late February-June) and summer/fall (July-early November).
Sweep practices
Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:30 pm (beginning Mar 26th)*
Thursdays 5:30 - 7:30 pm (beginning Mar 28th)*
Saturdays 8 - 10 am (beginning Mar 2nd)
*Tuesday and Thursday practices will now be mixed sweep/sculling practices. This means that scullers can go out with the sweep boats in a quad during practice, but in order to do so, a full quad must be signed up ahead of time on the Google doc sign-up sheet.
