Registration is done through South Puget Sound Community College.

Learn to Scull Class
Sculling Class Application - indicate a first and second choice.
Masters Information Sheet
OAR Waiver
OAR Swim Test Form  - if not completed prior to the first class, you will be tested at the Valley Athletic Club.
Valley AC Guest Waiver  please fill out if not a Valley member.

Junior Program
New rowers - please fill out all of the forms below.
Experienced rowers - please fill out the registration form and any other forms that need updating.

Registration form and emergency contact - required each season

Physical Examination - required yearly
* Swim Test - valid for four years
OAR Waiver - required yearly
Code of Conduct - required yearly
USRowing Waiver - required yearly

Scholarship Application - for financial need

*The juniors swim test is not given at OAR, but may be taken at any pool by a certified lifeguard.
